Pumpkin Spice Latte DIY

From Episode 3 of Cafecito Conversations: The Art of the Autumn Kitchen.

This is the at-home pumpkin spice latte from our Café Corner — real pumpkin, real ingredients, and no $7 drive-thru needed. It takes about five minutes, and it tastes like fall even here in the Florida humidity, because fall is a state of mind.

I make it with condensed milk instead of a pile of sugar — it melts right in and gives the latte a silky sweetness without any syrup from a bottle.

  3. Serve. Dust with a little extra cinnamon, if you like, and drink it slow.
