Quick and Easy: Homemade Naan
No yeast. No waiting. Just soft, fluffy naan made right at home 🤍
Ingredients
• 1½ cups all-purpose flour
• 1 cup Greek yogurt (+ up to ¼ cup if needed)
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp salt
Mix the dough by hand until soft.
Divide into 4 pieces.
Roll out on a floured surface.
Cook on a hot, buttered pan for 4 minutes per side, until golden and bubbly.
Perfect with curry, dips, or straight from the pan because… self-control is optional!
