This cozy leek, mushroom, and spinach pasta is here to warm your family’s hearts (and bellies) this winter. Cream and white wine are a match made in culinary heaven, and together they create the most deliciously velvety sauce.

  • 1 basket mushrooms thinly sliced

  • 1 leek - cut in half and sliced

  • 2 minced garlic cloves

  • 1 qt heavy cream

  • 1 cup of white wine

  • Optional- Fresh Thyme and Parsley
